Custom knitwear manufacturing hero

CUSTOM KNITWEAR DEVELOPMENT

OEM & ODM knitwear services.

From an approved tech pack to an early product idea, we help fashion businesses turn knitwear concepts into production-ready styles and controlled bulk orders.

TWO WAYS TO WORK

Your specifications or our development support.

OEM manufacturing is best when you already have a tech pack, approved sample or detailed specifications. We translate the approved measurements, yarn, construction, colour, trims and packing requirements into a controlled production file.

ODM support is useful when you have a concept, reference image or market direction but still need help with silhouette, yarn, gauge, stitch, colour and finishing choices. The objective is to resolve technical questions before bulk planning, not simply copy a photograph.

  • Feasibility feedback before sampling begins
  • Yarn, gauge and construction aligned to target handfeel
  • Fit comments tracked against the approved sample
  • Labels, trims and packing confirmed before bulk scheduling

WHAT TO SEND US

Start with what you have.

A complete tech pack is helpful but not essential for the first conversation. You can send a sketch, reference image, sample or only a product idea.

  • Product type and reference images
  • Estimated order quantity
  • Preferred yarn or target handfeel
  • Target market, price and delivery date

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you start.

Can you work from a photo or physical sample?

Yes. A tech pack gives the clearest starting point, but we can also review a reference photo or sample and discuss the missing specifications with you.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our usual starting MOQ is 100 pieces per style. Final requirements depend on yarn, colours, construction and trims.

How long does sampling take?

Typical sample development takes approximately 7–15 days after the main design, yarn and colour details are confirmed.

Can you add our labels and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging can be developed or applied according to your brand requirements.

How is the sample fee confirmed?

Sample cost depends on the yarn, construction, artwork, trims and number of sample versions. We confirm the charge and what it covers before sample work begins.

What payment terms do you use?

Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation or pro forma invoice for each order. Do not send payment until the company details, order scope and terms have been checked.

Can we send a physical reference sample?

Yes. Contact us first for the current delivery address and project reference. We will confirm which details should be copied, changed or measured before you ship it.
