Computerized knitting production.

Production begins with confirmed yarn, gauge, stitch structure, measurements and colour. Computerized knitting equipment supports repeatable panel construction across development samples and bulk orders.

02 · ASSEMBLY

Linking, stitching and workmanship.

Knitted panels move through linking and stitching according to the approved construction. The team checks seam alignment, tension, shape and key workmanship details during assembly.

Labels, zippers, buttons, embroidery and other trims can be integrated according to the style requirements.

03 · FINISHING & QUALITY

Checks before goods are packed.

Finishing is controlled against the approved sample and order requirements. Our practical inspection points include appearance, measurements, workmanship, trims, labels and packing details.
